Order Processing

All orders for our home cleaning products are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions. Available shipping options and estimated delivery costs can be viewed at checkout. Liquid cleaning goods are subject to courier restrictions in some destinations.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, local postal backlogs, weather or public holidays.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Customs & Import Charges

All import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. VALETEERS does not cover these charges.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local courier first. If your parcel arrives leaking or damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with lost package investigations and damage claims.

Shipping Restrictions

Some countries have restrictions on liquid aerosol and cleaning goods. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot ship the product to your selected destination.
