Q1: What is your baking mold cleaner spray used for?

Our baking mold cleaner spray is developed to remove baked-on grease, carbon deposits and food residue from silicone molds, metal baking trays, cake pans and cookware. It helps dissolve stubborn stains without heavy scrubbing. Always read product instructions before use.

Q2: How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Standard international shipping generally takes 7–20 business days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics delays.

Q3: Can I change my shipping address after checkout?

Address modification is only available before your package is dispatched. Please email our support team immediately with your order number if you need address updates. Once shipped, address changes cannot be arranged.

Q4: What should I do if my cleaning product arrives damaged, leaking or defective?

Please capture clear photos of the package exterior, damaged bottle and product label, then email us within 7 calendar days upon receipt. We will review your submission and arrange replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Q5: Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees are set by your local customs authority. Buyers are responsible for all applicable import charges upon arrival.

Q6: Can I return opened cleaning spray products?

Opened, partially used or unsealed liquid cleaning items are generally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened and unused products can be returned under our return policy. Please contact us to obtain return approval before sending back any goods.

Q7: My tracking shows delivered but I have not received my parcel.

Kindly check with neighbours or your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will help launch an investigation with the courier.

Q8: Are your cleaning products safe for all types of surfaces?

Each product has recommended applicable surfaces. Please read the product description and warning label carefully before use. We recommend testing the cleaner on a small hidden area first to avoid surface damage.
